At RPY we are able to offer adaptations in every class to make the practice accessible to each of our unique bodies. We aren’t a youtube video; we teach to what we have in the room! We focus on building a solid foundation, and elevating physicalness from the ground up. Power Vinyasa
A dynamic blend of power and vinyasa yoga to raise your heart rate, build strength and increase flexibility. Power yoga is the practice of longer holds in your poses, and vinyasa yoga is the practice of connecting movement with the rhythm of your breath.
Yang Yin
Experience balance with 30 minutes of invigorating power yoga, followed by 30 minutes of deep stretch and release postures.
Gentle Yoga
This class offers modified power poses with ease and fluidity, accompanied by restorative postures to close your practice. All levels are encouraged and welcome.
Power and Mobility
A fusion of mobility training and power vinyasa flow. With focus on releasing myofascial ‘stickiness’ in your muscles, and increasing range of motion in your joints; in balance with building full body strength through fluid, dynamic movements.
The Throw Down
Vinyasa yoga + HIIT for an intense cardio/strength training extravaganza! The HIIT exercises are inspired by yoga postures to intentionally strengthen and condition your body to advance your power yoga practice.
Noon Flow
Skip the fast food; pack a healthy lunch to eat (mindfully)at your desk and instead use your break for a quick, 40 minute, lunch time power flow! A great way to sneak in some sweat and mindfulness!
Yin
The goal of a yin class is to work deeper into the tissues, fascia, and joints. You will hold floor poses for longer with the intention of working deep into the muscle tissues, and embracing the stillness.
The Rinse
This fast paced class is pure vinyasa flow, no strings attached, and we get sweaty! You will feel as though you have rinsed your muscles of tension and mind of clutter! Every weekend we do the same sequence called Journey into Power - so you can expect that as you become more familiar with the physical sequence, you will begin to witness your mental-emotional or spiritual transformation.
Rise and Flow
Better than a cup of coffee - start your day with an energizing 45 minute power vinyasa class!
Power Slow Flow
Slow is the new strong! Embrace the fusion of tranquility and intensity. This class is centered around slow, deliberate transitions and precise alignment. You will mindfully move from your centerline to cultivate strength and stability.
Restorative Yoga
Promotes relaxation of your physical and emotional body. The focus is on gentle postures and long holds. Perfect if you are recovering from injuries, illness, or if you just need some quiet ME time!
Fire Flow
Scorch stress and shift energy as you generate heat from within with three fast moving sequences: The Golden Seed, Warrior Series, and Dragon Series. As you build confidence in the movements and transitions by attending regularly, you begin to surrender to the flow and truly get out of your head and into your body!
Long Slow Deep
If your goal is flexibility , this is your class! We typically target hips, hamstrings, and low back through gentle movements and various forms of active, passive, and PNF stretching that progressively take you deeper into a muscle group. This class is inspired by a Yin Practise but intentionally incorporates more movement and exploration as you test your edge.
Nidra
Also known as yogic sleep, 45 minutes of this could give you the benefits of a 3 hour nap! After settling into your mat, you are guided into conscious sleep. This practice activates the parasympathetic nervous system and can have huge benefits for those suffering from stress, anxiety, or depression.
Buti Yoga
This fun, dynamic, energetic and unique blend of yoga, tribal movements, dance, and music will leave you smiling and your cup full.
